Experience, manual dexterity and cutting-edge technology. All this is combined in our foundry, whose tradition dates back to the end of the 19th century. At PROMET FOUNDRY we produce castings that make the world go round. Engines, pumps, industrial machinery, elevator systems. At our plant in Vsetín, we produce components that are a key part of many industries.
Since 1922, castings have been produced here, for example, for the legendary Slovak Strela train, which is now a national cultural monument.
Today, we continue this tradition with the support of extensive modernisation and greening at a cost of more than CZK 400 million, and we continue to do what we do best. Producing technically demanding cast iron castings from a few dozen kilograms to one-tonne pieces.
