The processing equipment of the foundry is represented by the two moulding shops – machinery and manual. The machinery moulding shop is equipped with an automatic shaping line with the impulsion system of bentonite-bonded sand compaction.
The manual moulding shop is equipped with continuous mixing tanks of furan self-solidifing sand mixture. 100% of reclaim from the mechanical reclamation is used for the sand mixture preparation.

AUTOMATIC MOULDING
The horizontal FA casting line with pulse moulding into a bentonite mixture represents the basic manufacturing equipment for medium and large-scale casting production.
The maximum annual capacity of the line in a three-shift system is approx. 5.000 t of castings. The equipment is in permanent two-shift operation and is subject to regular maintenance and annual overhauls.

HAND MOULDING
The moulding line for self-solidifying (furan) mixtures is a modern technology for the piece and small-lot production of larger castings.
The manual moulding method aims at the flexible and quality production of piece castings according to the customer’s particular specifications. The maximum annual capacity is 3.500 t of castings.
